Participants will get the opportunity to practice their elevator pitch technique as they “sell” the group on their objective and key results (OKRs) as the best to adopt in the upcoming quarter.

How to use this template

Activity instructions

  1. Download the template and review the instructions.

  2. Provide participants with a brief overview of OKRs using the provided slides.

  3. Each participant should brainstorm and write two or three key objectives related to sales.  The participant should then write three key results for their objectives and one initiative for each key result.

  4. Participants will pick their best OKR from the list, prepare a 30-second elevator pitch on their OKR, and deliver the pitch to the group.

  5. The goal is to convince the group that theirs is the best OKR to adopt for the coming quarter.

  6. Participants will vote for their top three choices.
