  • You’ll start with a small initiation fee to begin planning. Our planning fee is due within 14-21 days. For venue and other vendor costs, we'll provide clear deadlines, typically requiring 50% upfront and the balance near the event date.

  • The earlier, the better, to save money and access the best choices. While we can accommodate any timeline, we recommend starting your planning at least 3-4 months ahead.
