Now guests can text our AI instead of you. Our new AI Text Messenger gives guests instant answers to questions, sends timely reminders, and keeps everyone informed.
Pulling from all the details on your guest website, our AI can provide details on itinerary, weather, packing tips, FAQs, and more!
And if the AI can't answer a question, it will direct guests to the organizer for further help. Guests will receive automated reminders a week, two days, and one day before the event to keep the details top of mind.

Planning the perfect event for your guests is now easier than ever with our new survey tool. Event organizers can create customizable surveys to send before or after their event to quickly understand guest preferences, collect post-event feedback, and measure event impact.
Plus, our new AI survey summary feature means you spend less time crunching numbers and more time planning your event.
Question formats include single choice, multiple choice, date picker, date and time picker, and short answer. Organizers can preview the survey before sending it to guests directly from the platform via email or text.

Send text updates to your guests
It all begins with an idea.
You can now text your guests to keep them updated about changes to your event or send them event reminders. Text messages are 3.7x more likely to be opened than email, significantly increasing your guests' chances of receiving important information.
Guests can also choose their preferred method of communication (text, email, or both) when RSVP-ing. Guests must opt-in to receive SMS text messages and verify their phone number. Both of these options are automatically presented to guests upon registration. Additionally, guests can opt-out at any time.
