I’m Ace, an Event Wizard 🧙🏽‍♂️ with the BoomPop All Star Team! Setting sail from the island of Guam I’ve started on an epic adventure planning some amazing events from Sports Championships to Music Festivals. I look forward to turning your dream event into a reality. 🚀

Being raised primarily on the love language "acts of service" (think heaping plates of food that never run out and a living room that is consistently spotless), creating a welcoming and loving space for others has always come naturally to me! I specialize in event coordination and community building. My philosophy is intentional programming to deliver on what matters most.

Born and raised in San Diego, studied in San Francisco, and now embracing Seattle, I’m a west coast girl through and through. I find my joy in new experiences and hands-on creation. Away from my desk, I'm into running, skiing, crafting, road tripping, or a good book!

Born and raised in Texas, I now live in the wonderful city of Austin! I love exploring all that Austin has to offer - the amazing food, live music, comedy clubs, and walking trails! You can usually find me cuddling with my 3-year old pup, or on a plane traveling somewhere new!

I’ve planned everything from intimate retreats to 1,000+ person, multi-day conferences. I excel at understanding big picture event objectives, creatively designing an aligned experience, and then identifying and executing the nitty-gritty details to pull it all together.

I’ve designed a variety of events across three countries. I bring a creative, global perspective to the art of gathering, with a focus on facilitating human connections, igniting adult imaginations, and setting the stage for collective exploration and discovery.

Transplanted from Silicon Valley, California, I’m a NYC-based event designer. My passion is on bringing people back into the real world and away from their computer screens, injecting a sense of play into the world.

Pacific NW native passionate about people, places and things. Married my high school sweetheart; we venture through life with our 10-year-old, Logan, and three lively canine companions. In love with exploration, travel, home cooking, and holistic living. Life is an adventure!

Midwest native, and I love my city of Chicago! ...including the four seasons. ☀️❄️ Family is everything to me; and my favorite hobbies are traveling with my husband, jogging with my beagle, and planning tea parties with my daughter (it’s the event planner in me 🙌).

Your go to get pumped up person! Love writing (wrote a book about events), embroidering with sequins, and embracing all things vintage/antiques! If I'm not thrifting or getting excited about afternoon tea, I'm outside communing with mother nature.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I am a sucker for a full day of sun! I love playing tennis, trying new restaurants, a day at the beach, and traveling to a warm tropical place. My not-so-hidden talent is finding the most unique and exclusive experiences in every city.
