Being raised primarily on the love language "acts of service" (think heaping plates of food that never run out and a living room that is consistently spotless), creating a welcoming and loving space for others has always come naturally to me! I specialize in event coordination and community building. My philosophy is intentional programming to deliver on what matters most.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and living in Portland! My heart belongs to the great outdoors, and I thrive on everything the PNW has to offer. I have a passion for creating meaningful and enjoyable events, and when I’m not busy with that, you’ll find me cooking up new recipes, getting lost in a good book, or spending quality time with my two dogs or my daughter!

Born and raised in San Diego, studied in San Francisco, and now embracing Seattle, I’m a west coast girl through and through. I find my joy in new experiences and hands-on creation. Away from my desk, I'm into running, skiing, crafting, road tripping, or a good book!

I am a Midwesterner turned Floridian! Growing up in a small town in Michigan, I have an inherent passion for people and creating meaningful connections and experiences. You can usually find me exploring the Sunshine State with my husband and Sheepadoodle, attempting to find my green thumb in the garden, or escaping into a good book.

Born and raised in Texas, I now live in the wonderful city of Austin! I love exploring all that Austin has to offer - the amazing food, live music, comedy clubs, and walking trails! You can usually find me cuddling with my 3-year old pup, or on a plane traveling somewhere new!

I'm East Coast-based with a global reach. I've had the joy of managing events ranging from team retreats to large-scale conferences and multi-week global tours. My mission is always the same: to leave everyone feeling more connected and part of a community. My trick for travel is always finding a go-to café to feel like a local.

I’ve planned everything from intimate retreats to 1,000+ person, multi-day conferences. I excel at understanding big picture event objectives, creatively designing an aligned experience, and then identifying and executing the nitty-gritty details to pull it all together.

Born in Kansas City and recently moved to Chicago, but trust me: I am a beach girl through and through! I lived in Florida for the last few years, and I love nothing more than being by the ocean. My specialty is curating unforgettable events, whether they are intimate team-building workshops or large music festivals. I've done it all, and I love what I do! In my free time, you can catch me trying new coffee shops or curling up with my cat, Remy.

Transplanted from Silicon Valley, California, I’m a NYC-based event designer. My passion is on bringing people back into the real world and away from their computer screens, injecting a sense of play into the world.

Currently based in Arizona, I’ve lived in various states and traveled around the world. As a dedicated mother of two girls and happy wife, I enjoy quality time and adventures with my family. We dream of one day owning a charming guest ranch in the countryside, complete with Mini Highland Cows!

I'm originally from Indiana and love to travel and try new restaurants and experiences locally. I have experience planning large corporate events as well as smaller off-sites all around the globe.

Tavar is a marketing & events champion with a proven record across industries. He began his career in the hospitality industry, working for the world’s largest hotel chain, Marriott International. He developed a niche for excellent service and client obsession through to his final role in hospitality with Ritz-Carlton, where he led a team to deliver high-profile, luxury experiences.
