There should be a variety of swag items (can be duplicates) of various values but there must be one company-branded pen, which the facilitator will disassemble to replace the ink cartridge with a description of the grand prize.
Swag bags should be placed on a table, and participants should form a large circle around the table.
The first participant will select a bag from the pile, open it, and make sure everyone can see the item.
The next person can choose to either pick an unopened swag bag or steal the previous person’s swag item.
