2025 YEARBOOK
OUR CULTURE
LOOKING AHEAD
The year we lit the match
2025 had range. Big wins, bold bets, and happy accidents. Moments that changed how we work, and what we’re building. The kind of rapid growth that gives growing pains to some, but only made us more agile. Here's a yearbook from a team that builds experiences for a living.
This year’s events spanned the globe

Product Releases
01
Partner Hub
We released a completely new look and feel for our Partner Hub, as well as a much more streamlined RFP response flow.
02
Rooming Lists
We launched a rooming list feature that simplifies the entire process. Organizers collect RSVPs and guest details, and we handle sharing and updates with the hotel through the rooming list deadline, saving time for everyone.
03
Secure Guest Websites
Our Secure Guest Website feature allows event organizers to select exactly who can see their guest website and RSVP to their event.
04
Company Event Management
From approvals and preferred vendors to guest structure and custom templates, clients now have more control across every event.
05
Explore Vendors
The new Explore Vendors experience simplifies vendor discovery and booking, helping teams find the right fit by goal, location, and group size.
06
Booking Vendors
We launched a new on-platform booking experience, enabling clients to send RFPs, communicate directly, and book hotels seamlessly.
07
Calendar Syncing
The guest calendar syncing feature syncs the event’s calendar with every guest’s personal calendar, keeping everyone in the loop.
08
AI Explore
AI Explore now goes beyond destinations and hotels, recommending activities, restaurants, services, and meeting spaces in one seamless flow.
09
Slack Integration
Event Organizers can now share updates and surveys from the BoomPop platform to their event attendees via Slack. Once enabled, attendees can also ask BoomPop’s AI any event related questions.
10
AI Text Messenger
We improved our AI-powered text messenger to make communication faster, clearer, and more helpful for organizers and participants.
Partnerships
We launched a flagship partnership with Brex that turns
customer spend into
curated,
bookable team
experiences.
(Inspired by OpenAI’s letter from Sam & Jony)
Brand Refresh
This year we refreshed our brand positioning and voice to better align with our audience and reflect the human touch lacking in our industry. In a world of automation, we crave down-to-earth connection. Who said B2B couldn’t have a little personality?
Corporate. Ugh.
A collective yawn could swallow us whole at
the sight of the word.
We’re here to craft sensory-rich experiences. To make
work functions, less work. To
celebrate the best parts
about being human. It’s our obligation to the universe.
Yes, we’re AI-powered. But our tools give people their time and
spark back by
making
tedious tasks easy. A strong resource in a
sharp platform, with a team of passionate pros,
BoomPop
creates
culture through real, in-person chemistry.
