Boom. Pop! After a meaningful presentation, we banged a drum and popped confetti-filled balloons—an ephemeral moment to mark the start of a new era of BoomPop. Sensory experiences like these help cement the memory and the message.

The best work comes from a place of inspiration. It’s safe to say lounging poolside on a balmy Mexico day provided just that. We love hotels that offer the right mix of work and play. And yes, there were meeting rooms, but you can’t catch a tan indoors.

Everything was considered for our closing dinner: a beachside Mariachi band greeted the team. DIY paper flowers from day one reappeared as decor. Names drawn at random from tiny bottles became post card penpals, and hard-won awards were given. A DJ set from our co-founder closed the night with surprise and delight, confirming details make all the difference.
