What qualifies as a referral?

A referral is considered qualified when the referred company:

Either

• Signs a Statement of Work (SOW) for custom event planning services

Or

• Becomes a paying customer on our platform and remains active and in good standing for at least 6 months

The referred company must be new to us and not already in active sales discussions.

How referrals work

• Referrals must be submitted before we’ve begun working with the company
• If multiple people refer the same company, credit goes to the first submission received
• Rewards are issued only after the qualifying conditions above are met and payment is received

What does not qualify

Referrals are not eligible if the company:

• Is already in our system or pipeline
• Was a recent customer
• Cancels, churns early, or is not in good standing
• Is a self-referral or fraudulent submission

Other important details

• Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes
• We may update or end the program at any time
• All qualification decisions are at our discretion
