How to use this template

Notes
This activity can be used at the beginning or end of an event, or work as a daily check-in throughout.
Prep instructions
If desired, prepare a way to write down everyone’s answers. Use our template, a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, or a simple piece of paper.
Activity instructions
Define the terms for your attendees.
Rose: highlight, best memory, etc.
Thorn: challenge, difficulty, etc.
Bud: something you’re looking forward to.
Provide an example, either by stating your own answers or creating some hypothetical answers.
Go around the room and gather each person’s responses.
When you’re done, think back on and discuss whether there were any trends among the answers.
