Activity instructions
Read the instructions and read a synopsis online of A Christmas Carol if unfamiliar with the plot.
Make copies of the Core Values Worksheet and place different colored pens/highlighters and writing stationery at each table.
Introduce the topic of effective leadership and inform participants that they will be completing a hands-on exercise to identify their leadership and personal values.
Participants should take two colored pens and go through the worksheet, circling values that they exhibit in their leadership role at work with one color and the values they exhibit in their personal, non-work time with the other.
