Activity instructions

  1. Read the instructions and the guided meditations and practice the breathing techniques.

  2. Print the guided meditation script for use during the session.

  3. Introduce the topic of conscious breathing and grounding exercises as mindfulness tools for finding moments of peace and stability, for relieving work or personal stress and anxiety, and for building resilience.

  4. The facilitator will inform participants that during the session, they will explore and practice breathing and grounding techniques that can help them stay centered, reduce stress, and foster a profound connection between their mind and body.
