  • Our process is focused on turning you vision into a reality with expert guidance. You’ll begin by sharing any details and ideas with BoomPop’s event team, then receive a customized proposal. From there, an Event Designer will work with you directly to ensure every detail is handled. To learn more, schedule a call with our team.

  • On average, customers who use BoomPop save 50+ planning hours on their event and spend 30-50% less on accommodations.

  • We plan group events for organizations, including offsites, retreats, kickoffs, client summits, parties, trainings, workshops, and ticketed events.

    We do not plan personal events such as weddings.

  • We charge an kickoff fee to begin the planning process and a per-person planning fee that is reduced depending on how many events you want to book. Find a detailed breakdown on our pricing page.

  • You should contact us as early as possible, ideally 2+ months in advance. The most affordable, effective way to plan is to begin 4+ months in advance.
