Our process is focused on turning you vision into a reality with expert guidance. You’ll begin by sharing any details and ideas with BoomPop’s event team, then receive a customized proposal. We plan group events for organizations, including offsites, retreats, kickoffs, client summits, parties, trainings, workshops, and ticketed events.

We do not plan personal events such as weddings.

We charge an kickoff fee to begin the planning process and a per-person planning fee that is reduced depending on how many events you want to book. Find a detailed breakdown on our pricing page.

You should contact us as early as possible, ideally 2+ months in advance. The most affordable, effective way to plan is to begin 4+ months in advance.
