The good news? There is an endless list of dreamy, affordable locales that are perfect for immersive, engaging company offsites that don’t break the bank.
To plan affordable team offsites, you don’t have to stay at 5-star hotels or have a wine-pairing dinner every single night (although we do love doing that, too, of course). The key is to find places that cultivate opportunities for deeper connections and a whole lot of fun, distinct surroundings to inspire creativity, and a diverse collection of venues to suit every style and purpose.

Bar Harbor, Maine
Unless you’re from New England, many groups tend to overlook Bar Harbor, Maine as an affordable destination for team offsites. But this gateway to Acadia National Park is filled with serene water views, a plethora of outdoor activities on the water, air, and land, and some seriously delicious, quintessential New England eats.
Activity Inspiration:
Upon arrival, treat the team to a welcome reception with a Maine craft beer tasting to lighten the mood and lift up spirits for an epic team offsite ahead. Between coworking sessions, go for a hike or pick blueberries to get moving and let those creative juices flow. After a tasty lobster dinner, bond over s’mores by the fire!
