In this engaging and creative annual planning session, participants will collaborate together to create a pop-up orchestra and apply their new musical skills to the goal-setting and alignment processes.
Participants will work in small groups to harmonize their efforts, find their collective rhythm, and set the stage for a successful year ahead.

Download our template and review the instructions.
Divide participants into evenly sized groups.
Discuss the importance of defining the “melody” for the upcoming year.
Each group will have 10 minutes to brainstorm key themes or values they want to focus on.
Write out a list of songs that fit the top theme and jot down lyrics or phrases that resonate with them.
Use collected lyrics and phrases as inspiration to craft their annual work goals, which they will write on Post-It notes and stick on the wall.
Create a collaborative musical symphony by connecting the team’s goals and aspirations.
