BoomPop makes money similar to an event agency: clients pay for expert planning and day-of services, and our marketplace has fees where users pay a small amount to process on the platform, and suppliers (hotels, venues, restaurants, activities, and more) pay a 7-10% commission on bookings.
Our fee covers access to our platform, a personal event planning team, and our vendor network. We handle event strategy and budgeting, venue bookings, restaurants, activities, transportation, guest management, and event day execution. Extras like team swag and flights can also be arranged for an additional fee.

This depends! If it’s a higher-end experience, then absolutely. But in order for us to be able to make this work, we tend to charge larger services fees on smaller groups. Either way, even small events typically take around 40 hours to plan. BoomPop can still help small groups save money, time, and stress.

Yes! BoomPop plans all kinds of events, including multi-day conferences, large offsites, global kick-offs, and more. Our Event Experts have experience handling all the logistics needed for these types of events, from fabrication, to A/V, to attendee check-in.

The earlier, the better, to save money and access the best choices. We recommend starting 3-4 months ahead, but we can handle rush jobs within a week for an extra fee.
