  • We have a minimum group size of 5, and a maximum of 15.

  • A private, luxury shuttle will transport your entire group between SF and Napa.

  • We have access to exclusive rates at luxury resorts. BoomPop Field Trips are offered Monday - Thursday, when hotels typically have more availability and additional discounts.

  • A BoomPop Field Trip gets you more than just meeting space and snacks—you'll have access to incredible resorts, immersive activities, world-class dining, all in beautiful Napa Valley.

  • We recommend that all guests take the shuttle together, but if some folks prefer to drive themselves, we can make arrangements.

  • Breakfast and lunch are included, and snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day. Dinner is also available for an additional cost.

  • BoomPop will organize transportation.
