We plan end-to-end!

Our standard pricing includes finding and booking all vendors like venues, restaurants, activities, meeting spaces, and ground transportation. We work with you to integrate into a cohesive agenda so your offsite is as effective as possible.

For an extra fee, we are happy to handle team swag, flights, and more!

We believe in simple and transparent pricing. We charge a simple price per person, starting at $150 per guest.

Unlike other event planning services, we have no incentive to inflate your event costs to increase our event planning fee.

Typically, BoomPop pays for itself.

To start planning, you will need to pay a small initiation fee. After that, you will be required to pay our planning fee within 21 days.

As for your offsite vendor costs, we will let you know when those are due with plenty of notice. Typically, you will be required to pay 50% to hold a venue or vendor, and pay the balance close to the date.

Planning early is one of the best ways to save money on your offsite.

The earlier you start to plan, the more options you will have for venues, activities, and restaurants.

We always say the sooner the better. Though BoomPop can accommodate all timelines, we recommend planning at least 3-4 months from your offsite date.

We have no size limits! However, for smaller groups we do require you to book a pre-designed offsite.
