Meet Your Guest Website
This month we are pleased to announce our newest updated features for Guest Websites! One of our core offerings at BoomPop is our Guest Website, which enables clients to create their own custom event website for guest-facing communication.
Our goal with these new features is to pre-populate as much of the guest website as possible therefore, saving you tons of time in data inputting. We know that event and retreat planning requires attention to detail and we want to cut out some of the noise to make your life easier.
See the difference for yourself with a product tour with the Co-founder of BoomPop, Blake Hudelson.
Let’s dive in!
Website Builder Introduction
Our quick intro into how to build a custom website pops up when clicking into the website builder. This is perfect for first time users to show how easy it will be to compile retreat information.
Where to find: Sign into your BoomPop dashboard, in the left hand navigation, towards the bottom of the list, click on: Guest Website and RSVP. Your introduction screen will pop up and will encourage you to “Get Started.”
Clear RSVP Call to Action
Within the first section of the website is the call to action for an RSVP. We have cleaned up the visual for this in order to create a polished button that feels more clear and formal.
Auto populating
We want to minimize the amount of work it takes to get your website up and running by having more auto populated based information already possessed in your BoomPop portal.
Section heads throughout the website will now be automatically filled in.
You’ll see your site auto populated in the overview section, the welcome note, FAQs, and important details such as the packing list, communication details, arrivals/departures as well as the point of contact.
Descriptive Weather
As you scroll to the bottom of your Guest Website, you will notice a section that is auto populated with the weather for your intended location! Now, we share descriptive weather so guests can see what the weather really means for their experience at the retreat! This will surely help them pack :)
