Activity instructions

1. Download our template and worksheet.

2. Review the instructions on how to guide participants through the idea-generation prompts.

3. Inform participants to use the worksheet to generate 100 ideas to improve their professional and personal growth.

4. The worksheet contains 10 categories of prompts and each prompt invites the participant to write down 10 unique ideas.

5. By the end of the half-hour, participants will have generated 100 ideas for further exploration and action.

6. Ask for volunteers to share one of their lists of ten and allow several participants to share their lists.
