Energize your meeting and send spirits soaring.

Participants will work together to keep their team’s colored balloons aloft, which is a skill that combines precision, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun. Will they rise to the challenge?

How to use this template

**Activity instructions**
Download the template and review the instructions.
Depending on the number of participants, the facilitator will ensure there are at least 12 balloons of one color for each team.
Give each team a set of colored balloons that is equal to double the number of team members.
When the facilitator says go, team members should toss all their balloons into the air and work together to keep their balloons from touching the ground.
If any of a team’s balloons touch the ground, that team is eliminated.
The last team with all their balloons in the air is the winner.
