Brigadeiro Filled Cookie
We think life is too short to settle for an average cookie, which is why we created brigadeiro-filled cookies. The brigadeiro is a cousin of the chocolate truffle but even more luscious and decadent to taste. The cookies you and your team will be making are famous for their buttery richness and surprise chocolate brigadeiro center that oozes with each bite.
In this class, you’ll learn to make our signature cookies from beginning to end. All you’ll need is an egg, some butter, and a willingness to get your hands dirty. We’ll provide everything else you need to reward you with the smell and taste of warm, freshly baked cookies. It’s minimal effort for maximum fun and taste!

We ship to the entire United States, but cannot ship to PO boxes.
- Restrictions for outside the United States:
We do not ship to Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama, Greece, France, Spain, Italy, and Russia.
We can only ship Vegan kits to Germany. Please note for international shipments additional lead time and shipping costs may apply.
Our kit contains our gluten-free cookie mix and a jar of brigadeiro filling to make approximately 8 large cookies.

We recommend you be in the kitchen or near an oven for the event.
For the Vegan recipe you can:
- Substitute butter with vegan butter (100g)
- Substitute egg with flaxseed meal (1tbsp)
- Water (3 tbsp)
- Mix flaxseed with water and let sit 5-10 mins, until thick Our chocolate is gluten-free, and has no preservatives. Some toppings may contain gluten or nuts, but they are separated and clearly visible.
