4 Days Offsite Event Type
RyeStrategy came to Texas Hill Country for a meaningful first: their first company offsite and the first time their fully remote team gathered in one place. The setting was intentional—quiet, expansive, and far from the usual pace - giving strategy, creativity, and connection room to surface naturally.
Thinking got physical
Thinking got physical

Strategy didn’t stay parked in a conference room. Working sessions flowed into creative exercises and, eventually, the Rye Olympics—a playful, high-energy competition that pulled everyone in. Once thinking moved beyond laptops and into motion, ideas surfaced faster and team dynamics sharpened.

The Bygone set the tone from the start. Open decks, sweeping Hill Country views, and shared spaces made it easy to slow down and stay awhile. Thoughtful welcome touches—snacks, sunscreen, chargers—made everyone feel at home before the week even got going.

Moving through it

Ziplining through the trees, kayaking nearby rivers, cold plunges, hikes, or quiet time to read and reset—the days offered plenty of ways to move, explore, and recharge. Everyone experienced the offsite a little differently, then kept coming back together with new energy and stories to trade.

Food was hands-on and communal by design. Build-your-own pizzas, taco bars, and farm-to-table dinners gave everyone a reason to gather, pass plates, and linger. Conversations stretched, chairs stayed pulled in, and the table became one of the most consistent gathering points of the week.

“BoomPop helped us do more than plan an offsite, they helped deepen the culture we’re intentionally building. As a fully remote, growing company, bringing our team together in person for the first time was a pivotal moment. - Angela Ekstowicz, Operations Manager

First offsites come with uncertainty. RyeStrategy left Texas Hill Country with shared context, sharper relationships, and a clearer sense of how they work together.
